Good evening, Family! 🙏🏽
We are praising God for:
🤍 Damaris praised God for granting her another year of life...her 50th! 🎈
🤍 Carole praised God for healing her nephew and allowing him to leave the hospital! She is also very grateful for her church family, for their prayers and support for her and her family always!
🤍 Kristina thanked her Lighthouse Family for their continued prayers during her pregnancy. She reported that everything is looking good at her appointments and that the plan is still to deliver at 36 weeks, but they are still preparing for a NICU stay, so please keep praying. Her appointments will be more often now, so our prayers are very much appreciated for continued good results and baby's health and growth.
We also pray for:
🙏🏽 Maria reported that God heard our prayers for her husband, David and her son, Jordan, as they have continued to recover from Covid. She is now requesting prayer for their pup, Zeus, as he seems to have contracted Covid as well and is not himself. Please pray for his full recovery!
🙏🏽Carvins, Astrid’s friend, who is desperately in need of healing and new kidney after his transplant surgery was canceled due to him having COVID. May the lord protect him as he awaits a new kidney.
🙏🏽 Doris asked for continued prayer for her family, including get daughters, grandchildren self siblings.
🙏🏽 Sue, Angy’s best friend, will be giving up smoking. Pray that the Lord will give her all of the strength, determination and courage she will need to make this positive change in her life.
🙏🏽 Catheryn, Connor and Baby Nora. May His ministering angels be their support system as they transition into this new life as a family.🙏🏽
🙏🏽 Vasthi challenged the church members to each do one thing this year to advance the Kingdom of God in this new year of 2022.
🙏🏽 Norma asked that we pray for her nephew, Tony, as he had a very high fever and was visiting the Dr. for a Covid test. Pray for his restored health.

There are few things I hate more than being (or feeling) lost! I don't like the feeling of the unknown, of possible oncoming danger and insecurity. I'm pretty sure we all have stories dating back before we had navigation systems of driving around trying to find an address or even a place. Feeling list makes us disagreeable, impatient and just plain nasty at times. Feeling lost is awful, and on top of that, it instigates a bunch of OTHER negative feelings.
We all lose our way sometimes. That's how life is. Sometimes we lose our way because we missed an exit it went too far. Sometimes we lose our way because without realizing it, we lost focus and followed someone else, letting them lead us far off course! Whatever the case, I know God seeks me out when I’m lost. This verse is a great reminder for me...and I how for you, too.
Christians often use the term ‘lost’ to refer to a person who hasn’t discovered God’s love yet, or someone who is still living for the things of the world. I understand that because the first time I felt "found" in my life was when I called out to God for help. He heard me and I felt a wonderful and overwhelming love come over me. God seemed to sense my dislike of feeling lost, so over time and through His loving demonstrations of leading me to better places in my life, He convinced me to stop trying to find my own way. Now I (mostly) ask Him to lead me in all things and to all places I need to get. Put simply, God’s way is the only way to go!
It’s not only God's desire to find the lost, it is His NATURE to find us and to love and care for us. Are you feeling lost in your life? God sees you. Call out for Him and He will come to you. Occasionally, you'll leave His path. You'll stop following and go your own way. But never think He'll ignore you next time you realize your foolishness and call out to Him again. He's just waiting for you to call out to Him so He can find you. You don't ever have to be lost again!
I second that emotion, Ruth! ♥️
