This week, we praise God for:
💟 We are thanking God that Vasthi reported that Genoveva, whom we prayed for last week before her surgery, is recovering and out of the hospital. We praise God for keeping her, as she came very close to losing her life. Thank you, Jesus, for your care over her!
💟 Carole is praising God for the fact that her hushed, Joel's recovery is moving in the right direction. Let's keep praying for him to be fully recovered and strengthened.
💟 All of the young people,every Sabbath at the Lighthouse. Their willingness to help, to serve and to lead are an inspiration to everyone. We are so veryy BLESSED to have each of them! 🤗
We are also praying for:
🛐 Nancy, Sue's sister-in-law, as she continues her three week radiation treatment for cancer. May God give her strength and healing.
🛐 Vasthi allá the church to pray for her nephew, Mikey, for Cedric and for all of our young people.
🛐The Edmond Family requested prayer for traveling mercies and a safe trip. May the Lord also continue to guide and lead them as they plan their move to Georgia.
🛐 Zully, Sue's other sister-in-law, who is also fighting cancer. May God be with her and help her to feel his presence.
🛐 Nelly's grandson, Jordan, as he faces a very difficult time in his life. May anything God allows in his life bring Jordan closer to Him!
🛐 Our brother, John Vega, who begins radiation treatment soon. May God continue to be close to him every step of this journey.
🛐 Nelly, and for answers to her health questions. May God grant her team of doctors the wisdom they need to figure out this mystery.
🛐 Bianca, Vishal and Sebastian Suri. May the Lord shower their beautiful family with blessings from above.
🛐 Micharen and Angelina as they travel this week.
🛐 Rosa and her daughters, their husbands and their children.
🛐 Angelica, as she continues to walk through the doors God is opening for her.
🛐 Doris, and her daughters, Jackie, Amanda and their children, Skylar, Heaven Lee, Dorian, Zaire and Amir. May God keep working miracles in their lives.
🛐 Seth...that God would continue to shower him with His goodness, grace and love. May God work out the NEXT MIRACLE in his life! Pray for his MRI, that Seth would handle it well and that the results would be favorable, knowing that God has always come through.
🛐 Anna Ortiz as she continues to battle cancer, and for her family as they support her.

I was thinking this morning after meditating and prayer about all the anxiety I was having,
and praying for a way out of it. During my prayer time, I was “prompted” to make an appointment with my therapist. I made an “anxiety” list to talk to her about.
This morning, I was reminded that anxiety is fear-based. I was thinking about all the fears I’ve had over the past couple of years, first retiring and asking God to show me my purpose. Diligently and with great Fanfare, He sent me spiritual leaders (Angie and Nelson) and he taught me how to be a caretaker to John in a loving manner. 💙
Secondly, taking care of John without nursing qualifications created a lot of fear for me, but again God sent me his team of nurses, physical therapists, wound care specialists, ambulance drivers, and a team of caring professionals to help me do my job of caring for my loving husband in a way I never thought I could, for the rest of his life. 👩🏻⚕️💕
Lastly, was the move I made to another state and again, He sent me His team of helpers to help me pack, clean, declutter and repair. 📦
I remembered that through it all, I had a mantra that I said to myself any time I started shaking with anxiety. I would just repeat, “God is in my favor. I have nothing to fear”.😌
I would repeat that 100 million times per day if I needed to, just to get through my fears and anxieties and He never failed me. Not ever.
I have learned that I can do HARD with him by my side. I offer you the same advice. Get out of His way. Get out of the drivers seat. He’s in charge. You have nothing to fear. Repeat your mantra, pray and let God do His thing.
God is in your favor. You have nothing to fear! 🙏🏽
